You can view your order details on your personal account on our website. With the track & trace code, which you receive from the delivery company after your order, you can track the most recent status of your parcel. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return fresh products. For dry products that are still completely undamaged in an unopened packaging, a return period of 14 days applies. Extra transport fees will be paid by the customer.
